Meanwhile i'd like to inform you that in order for you to enter your citadel you'll need at least 5 clan members.
In order for it to be tier 7 you'll need at least 50 clan members entering every month in your citadel.
You can also alternate between Night/Day.
This was a massive update so it'll take a few days in order to me to collect the information you still don't know.
